Rehabilitation and Return-To-Work Programs

BeWorkFit Mackay’s approach to rehabilitation emphasises therapeutic treatment to return injured workers to an appropriate level of work activity for the employee and employer.

Our rehabilitation programs incorporate three focus areas:

• Occupational rehabilitation
• Physical therapy
• Mental health rehabilitation

BeWorkFit Mackay’s rehabilitation team has been treating injured workers since 2015, delivering rehabilitation programs for WorkCover QLD, Australia Post, Woolworths, and individual employers.

We recognise that each injured worker has individual needs and requirements, and it is on this basis that we provide a variety of programs, offering flexibility to meet these needs. Our rehabilitation practitioners provide functionally orientated, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation services that can be directly integrated into supervised work trials.

• Psychological management strategies
