Terms and Conditions – Follow Us on Facebook Competition

1. Promoter: BeWorkFit Mackay, is part of Hills Medical Pty Ltd, ACN 603 549 926 t/a Better Medical located at Level 4, 95 Grenfell Street Adelaide, SA, 5000
2. Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of Mackay, Queensland, aged 18 years and over. Employees and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must follow the BeWorkFit Mackay Facebook page and share the competition post during the promotional period. Only one entry per person is permitted. There is no purchase necessary and you are not required to book an appointment to enter.
4. Promotional Period: The competition opens at 10am on Friday, 24th October, and closes at 2:00pm on 20th November 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
5. Prize: One (1) prize valued at RRP $150. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn at random on 21st November 2025. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates Facebook’s terms of service or is deemed inappropriate.
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via private message. They will also be announced via a post on the BeWorkFit Mackay Facebook page at approximately 10:00am on 21st November 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.
8. Privacy: By entering, participants agree that their name may be published on the BeWorkFit Mackay Facebook page and featured on the Better Medical website if they are the winner. Personal information collected during this promotion will be used in accordance with Better Medical’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of conducting this giveaway and contacting the winner.

10. Cyber Security Notice: Please beware of fake accounts. BeWorkFit Mackay will never ask for payment, personal details, or financial information to claim a prize. Do not click on suspicious links.
11. General Conditions: The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise or if entries are found to breach Facebook’s terms of service.
